The Black Widow accommodates all electronic equipment in vibration dampened 19" rack mount-type systems and provides cooling air with either an air conditioner or forced air flow from DC fans, depending on the requirement. The Red Roman also has the front mast tilting mechanism which makes the attachment of sensors on the mast an easy task.
The Black Widow comes equipped with a solar-powered system and a 2 KW petrol generator with a 400 amp per hour battery back-up system. With the 1200 watt full sine wave inverter, the user is assured of reliable and clean 220 V AC power when needed. The petrol generator can be controlled from a remote control centre and can be started as and when needed to top up the battery bank.
The Black Widow is available with three different mast options: mast up to 9m; mast between 10m and 18m or mast between 19m and 35m.
The Black Widow comes standard with an electronics bin with separate generator bin, 80 litre diesel tank with four stabiliser adjustable feet, spiked sand plates and a rear swing-out spare wheel carrier.
