Mobile Networks

In early surveillance systems, before many of the present communication standards were adopted for mainstream use, the video data from remote surveillance cameras were often transmitted with special radio signals to control rooms where the video stream would be monitored and recorded. With the modern communication options available it is possible to transmit video signals over large distances using fairly standards networks and network equipment.

Desert Wolf's mobile surveillance solutions can accommodate any network standard, with the provision of special antennae brackets and pan and tilt functions for the alignment of directional antennae. Antennae can be mounted on the same mast as the camera systems in the case of an omni-directional antenna, or on a special mast with rotating capability, as required.
